Because of the votes of our friends and clients, SILVERMARK won the “Best Insurance Agency in Redmond” category for this years’ “Best of Redmond 2010” readers choice awards.
All of us here are so honored.
Last year we decided to focus on and develop our client nurturing practices. We worked very hard to create events and “client touch” pieces that would not only highlight how important each client is to us, but tangibly show them how glad we are that they chose SILVERMARK as their insurance facilitator and advocate.
We had fun developing our programs. One of them is “pictures with Santa”. Our Santa was available all day for our clients and families, including pets. We had one family of 16 with three dogs. Think wide lens! They got to leave with the pictures in hand. A lot said they would use them in their Christmas cards.
Most of what we have come up with to date is just doing for our clients what we would want done for us. Of course, that includes making sure their insurance portfolio options are fine tuned to best utilize their insurance dollars and that any gaps in their coverage is eliminated.
